Elinor is the author of two middle grade novels published by Walden Pond Press/HarperCollins. Her first adventure novel for kids ages 8-12, The Mechanical Mind of John Coggin, received a Kirkus star. Her second novel for kids ages 10-13, The Treasure of Mad Doc Magee, a Junior Library Guild pick, was inspired by the Central Otago Gold Rush. In recent years, she has taken a hiatus from books to work on films & TV, including features for children & families.
