Newburyport Literary Festival
April 28 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Elinor will be appearing at the Newburyport Literary Festival on April 27-28. She’s thrilled to be sharing the experience with a host of wonderful creators, including many talented children’s authors.
You can find Elinor at the Newburyport Public Library on Saturday, April 28 at 10 a.m. She’ll be participating in a fun & lively panel on middle grade fiction called “Reading in the Digital Age.”
Nock/Molin librarian Ellen Menesale and two local 8th graders (Lila Gridley and Nolan Elrott) will be moderating. Her fellow panelists will be:
• Kimberly Newton Fusco, author of Chasing Augustus, Beholding Bee, The Wonder of Charlie Anne, and more.
• Tami Charles, whose first novel, Like Vanessa, will be published this month.
• MarcyKate Connolly, author of Shadow Weaver (Jan 2018), Monstrous, Ravenous, and more.
Elinor will also be at the Firehouse Center for the Arts for the Opening Night Ceremony (Friday, April 27 at 6 p.m.) and the Closing Night Ceremony on Saturday at 7 p.m. There will be plenty of talks & events centered on poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. Come for the historic city and stay for the stories!
